Moving beyond siloed testing, you will architect an intelligent, AI-augmented testing infrastructure that binds these critical domains together, ensuring flawless business workflows at scale. Key responsibilities include designing, architecting, and executing complex, end-to-end test automation strategies across diverse platforms, partnering with engineering leadership to design and build an AI-First SDLC platform, architecting self-healing automation frameworks utilizing AI, and advocating for AI-native coding workflows. The role also involves evaluating and building tooling and infrastructure, participating in early-stage product and integration design reviews, mentoring engineers in AI fluency, and setting code quality standards. Qualifications include 8+ years in software engineering, test automation, or DevOps, 2+ years in a lead or staff capacity, deep experience with AI-assisted development tools, proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with enterprise automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce, SAP, microservices, AI/ML tooling, and a B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in a related field. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with most teams working from the office full time. The position does not sponsor work visas.
