Your responsibilities include independently managing the comprehensive payroll processing for client companies. During your workweek, you will handle payroll for your own client portfolio, which operates under various collective agreements. Payroll data is received electronically directly from clients, so you will not handle paper timesheets. In the Global team, your clients are Finnish parent and subsidiary companies of international corporations, as well as growth-oriented startup and SME companies operating in at least two of Balanco's countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Customer communication and advisory are important parts of your work, so a customer-oriented approach is valued. We primarily use Netvisor and Procountor as our systems. We believe in the power of automation and artificial intelligence in developing financial processes, and we appreciate a positive attitude towards learning new things and utilizing technological solutions. You are an important part of our growing Global team. Your team consists of eight finance professionals working in various accounting roles. You will receive support from your team, team leader, and other colleagues. We will train you for your tasks and are always available to answer questions. As a Balanco employee, you can choose whether to work mainly remotely or at one of our six offices: Vantaa, Lahti, Kuopio, Oulu, Rovaniemi, or Tampere. Salary is based on the applicant's skills and previous experience. What do we expect from our new colleague? - You have several years of independent payroll experience - You have excellent teamwork and customer service skills - You possess good communication skills and a positive attitude; English skills are an advantage in an international team - You are willing to take responsibility for your work and have the courage to bring forward new development ideas - Experience with Netvisor and Procountor is considered an advantage - Experience in international payroll situations is an advantage.
