We are looking for a motivated and proactive HVAC duct cleaner for our client in Kajaani, for a permanent position. Your work involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of ventilation systems in various locations such as detached houses, housing companies, commercial properties, and public buildings. The work is mobile, diverse, and offers varied days and opportunities to develop as an HVAC professional. We seek a person who approaches their work carefully, works safely, and wants to contribute to healthy and high-quality indoor air. Your tasks include cleaning ventilation ducts, ventilation units, and vents, as well as replacing filters in different properties. The job also involves inspecting the condition of ventilation systems, measuring and adjusting airflow as needed, and documenting the work. Daily tasks include customer interaction, providing quality customer service, and proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. The work is mainly performed with a partner, so good teamwork and communication skills are valued. The work sites are primarily located in the Kainuu region. A proactive and independent approach, good physical condition, as the work involves movement, lifting, and sometimes working in challenging postures. Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are appreciated. A valid B-driver’s license and sufficient Finnish language skills for customer interactions are required. Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning, the HVAC sector, or construction is an advantage, but the willingness to learn and develop in the field is most important. We offer comprehensive onboarding. Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement. The monthly salary ranges approximately from €2,800 to €3,400 depending on skills and experience. The final salary will be agreed upon based on the individual’s expertise, experience, and skills.
