We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Pancho Villa chain in Helsinki, Itäkeskus. Do you have the desire to develop restaurant business, the ability to take responsibility and risk, a stable financial situation, and managerial experience? To succeed as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur, you will have access to a ready-made, tested Mexican food restaurant concept and chain support. The menu features popular burgers with house-made sauces, as well as burritos, tacos, and other Mexican delicacies. All restaurant dishes are developed in-house, and development is ongoing. Pancho Villa restaurants have a unified menu, ensuring customers receive high-quality dishes at the same price across Finland. The customer base of Pancho Villa restaurants includes lunch customers, groups of friends in the evenings, and families on weekends. Corporate clients and take-away customers are growing segments. As a franchisee of Pancho Villa, you will receive: a ready-made, tested Mexican twist restaurant concept focusing on plentiful and tasty dishes served at the table. The Pancho Villa entrepreneur is an operational and visible leader in their unit and also works shifts. Entrepreneurs can be starting or existing entrepreneurs, whose current business is not competitive or otherwise detrimental to Pancho Villa operations. You can propose a suitable location for the new restaurant or search for one together with the chain. The following qualities and prerequisites are required for becoming a Pancho Villa entrepreneur: - Readiness and ability to finance the startup investment. The initial investment for the entrepreneur is €100,000-150,000, with typically 20-30% self-financing. - Good Finnish language skills, necessary for customer service and understanding chain instructions and agreements. - Good health condition, enabling restaurant work and not hindering the handling of the products sold. - Suitable life situation, i.e., time and ability to fully commit to Pancho Villa business. - Understanding of the franchise entrepreneurship ideology and requirements.
