Talent Acquisition Specialist - Matrix42 - Etätyö - Globaali

We’re looking for a driven and curious Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys finding and connecting with great people and wants to grow in this space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in how we build our teams. You’ll actively source and engage talent, in all our Matrix42 countries in Europe, and make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, learning how the business works and what great hiring really looks like. At the same time, you’ll have the space to take ownership, building pipelines, trying new approaches, and continuously improving how we hire. Build Strong Talent Pipelines Identify, engage, and attract talent across channels Build sustainable pipelines across all Matrix42 countries Develop sourcing strategies and talent pools Create a Great Candidate Experience Conduct structured screening interviews Act as the main point of contact for candidates Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience Partner with the Business Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers Align on role requirements, timelines, and priorities Bring in market insights to support better hiring decisions Drive Hiring Excellence Own and manage end-to-end hiring processes Coordinate interviews smoothly across stakeholders Ensure accurate and up-to-date ATS data. Your profile What you bring 2–3 years recruitment experience Strong sourcing skill Fluent German and English Structured, reliable and well-organized Strong communication skills. Why us?
