Join the multidisciplinary team at Kurjensiipi 2 for the summer, where well-being is at the core. Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with rehabilitative approaches with the elderly. The goal is to support clients in living at home. The work is diverse and based on individual plans and goals. Your responsibilities include implementing the rehabilitation plan, providing basic and medication care, daily documentation, and preparing care/service plans. What we expect from you We expect you to have a rehabilitative approach and a desire to work with the elderly, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with RAI assessment tools, and good IT skills. The role requires good spoken and written Finnish; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage. The eligibility requirement for the position is a professional qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers. Students are also considered. To work with us as a practical nurse, you must have completed medication administration studies and have 120-179 competence points from practical nurse studies or 90-139 points from nursing studies.
