What might your workday look like in this role? - You will be responsible for supervising HVAC installers and leading HVAC projects in new construction and renovation sites. The projects you manage will focus on the plumbing and piping side. - You will participate in sales and development work related to HVAC project business. - You will work at customer sites mainly in Central Finland, especially around Jyväskylä. The sites may include commercial and office spaces, hospitals, and occasionally industrial facilities. Our clients include public developers and private construction companies – we also act as subcontractors. - Your daily work will include both on-site and office work, and the role allows for occasional remote work. - Your team size will vary depending on the project scope, typically around 4–15 installers. To succeed in this role, we hope you have: Previous experience in HVAC/plumbing contracting. Experience in project management, supervisory work, and a suitable engineering degree are considered advantages. Good communication skills and experience in customer work – you can motivate your team, act customer-oriented, and lead gently but firmly. An independent and goal-oriented work style, calm organizational skills, and up-to-date computer skills. Willingness to travel within Central Finland.
