We are seeking experts for the public administration framework agreement competition (20262030): (Level requirements in a separate Excel file, which I will send separately to the applicant to fill out.) - Concept Modeling Expert - Data Architect - Data Engineer - Data Warehouse Developer - Reporting and Power BI Developer - Data Scientist Introduction The procurement concerns IT expert services for the public sector. The procurement includes twelve (12) independent sub-areas. Applicants can submit applications and be selected for one or more sub-areas. The procurement is a framework arrangement. The following sub-areas are included in the procurement: 1. Development Method Support 2. Application Development 3. IT Management Expert Services 4. Service Design and UX/UI 5. Quality Assurance and Testing 6. Data and Analytics (this category applies to this call) 7. Geospatial Expert Services 8. Open Source Geospatial Application Development 9. Microsoft Expert Services 10. Microsoft Dynamics Expert Services 11. Power Platform Expert Services 12. Basic ICT Expert Services 13. Architecture Services 14. Artificial Intelligence Expert Services Data and Analytics: This sub-area covers data and analytics services. Data and analytics services include, among other things, the development and maintenance of a centralized data platform for the public sector, analysis of data within information systems, data collection, and data transformation to support organizational decision-making into presentable information. Tasks for data and analytics experts may include, but are not limited to: - Data analytics architecture and operational model consulting - Technology selection and usage consulting for data analytics - Consulting and expert services related to data in digital development projects - Tasks related to implementing and managing data platforms - Supporting source system experts in acquiring data for the data platform - Data refinement, analysis, and creation of data products for reporting purposes, including visualization (maps, graphs, etc.) - Development and consulting on advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI applications Further information about the assignment, its conditions, and the requirements for the consultant can be found in the attached Excel file.
