Responsibilities as an early childhood education teacher As an early childhood education teacher, you are the pedagogical leader and inspiring enabler of your team. You are responsible for planning your group’s activities and the high-quality vasuprosess (pedagogical process) based on Touhula’s pedagogical annual plan, utilizing Touhula Rytmi. Your core tasks include: - Pedagogical leadership: Responsible for your team’s daily pedagogy, small group activities, and the creation of diverse and safe learning environments. - Individual support: Planning and assessing support measures for children in collaboration with multidisciplinary networks. - Customer experience: Ensuring your team’s high-quality communication with families and creating a positive atmosphere that reaches the families. - Team support: Developing an inclusive feedback culture and supporting colleagues in pedagogical work by leveraging team strengths. The final salary depends on years of experience and any personal salary supplements based on special expertise.
