We are looking for new and reliable Gold Nuggets family daycare providers across Finland to join our growing team! Our dedicated providers open their homes to children forming their first relationships outside their family. Safe and high-quality early childhood education is every child's right, and we want to make it possible with your help! Gold Nuggets family daycare providers have a maximum of four children in their groups. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you get to decide! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to carry out your work. In addition to the freedom of work, the income from the job averages around €3000 per month when you have four children in care, and you accrue seven weeks of holiday per year. The work is done as a franchisee within the Gold Nuggets chain. Don’t be intimidated by the word entrepreneur, as we have prepared everything for you. You don’t need to know anything about running a business yet, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults. With us, you can achieve a higher income level, plan your workdays independently, and offer little “golden nuggets” lifelong lessons and cherished memories. We expect from you: - Preschool experience - Suitable education (early childhood education qualification, practical nurse, social services degree, early childhood education teacher) or willingness to study alongside work - Safe and clean home environment - Clean criminal record and good credit history - Desire to innovate in early childhood education - Good communication skills - Cooking skills We offer you: - A ready-made Gold Nuggets family daycare concept, proven successful by several of our franchisees.
