We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, positive, and rehabilitative-minded childcare assistant for our child client. The work takes place in the homes of our clients, and during the shift, only one child is cared for at a time. Our focus is on high-quality care and a relaxed pace. Our clients are diverse, and to support safe and quality care, different skills and understanding are required. The work may include various procedures such as: - Changing/emptying the diaper, - Enteral feeding via gastrostomy, - Catheterization, - Ventilation support, and - Safe medication administration. In our settings, communication tools such as computers or picture cards may be used. Some settings require knowledge of neuropsychiatric features. In addition to procedures and basic care, we ensure the child's development and growth, as well as a safe and meaningful environment, considering the family and their uniqueness. We will train you for the job with support from an experienced caregiver. We support working in the child's home and have built good cooperation within the entire team. Your work is supported by team leaders. We operate a 24/7 on-call service, which can be contacted if needed. Employees are central to our operations, and we invest in their well-being and retention. In creating daily life for our child clients, caregivers are encouraged to use their creativity and superpowers. We would love to hear from you and learn what your superpower is.
