We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Pancho Villa chain in Savonlinna. Do you have the desire to develop restaurant business, the ability to take responsibility and risk, a stable financial situation, and managerial experience? To succeed as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur, you will have access to a ready-made, tested Mexican food restaurant concept and chain support. Pancho Villa is a casual dining concept offering fresh Mexican twist cuisine, known for its wide product range and generously seasoned, abundant, yet affordable dishes. The menu features popular burgers with house-made sauces, as well as burritos, tacos, and other Mexican specialties. All restaurant dishes are developed in-house, and development is ongoing. Pancho Villa restaurants have a unified menu, ensuring customers receive high-quality dishes at the same price across Finland. The customer base includes lunch customers, groups of friends in the evenings, and families on weekends. Corporate and take-away customers are growing segments. As a franchising entrepreneur, you will receive a tested concept focused on abundant and tasty dishes served at the table. The entrepreneur is an operational and visible leader, working shifts and managing the unit. Candidates should meet criteria including ability to finance the startup (€100,000-150,000 with 20-30% self-financing), good Finnish language skills, good health, full-time commitment, and understanding of franchising ideology.
