We seek skilled individuals to solve design challenges in data center and industrial projects in an engaging, growing, and development-oriented work community. As a Structural Designer, you will be responsible for sizing, modeling, and designing structures to meet the technical, functional, and schedule requirements of industrial and/or data center projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will prepare clear plans that meet standards and criteria, collaborate with other design disciplines, and support construction sites from a design perspective if needed. The position is based in Espoo, Tampere, Kuopio, Joensuu, or Oulu, with partial remote work possibilities. To succeed in this role, you need an inquisitive mind, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. We expect you to be confident in showcasing your skills, have good communication skills, and work independently with a team-oriented attitude. The role requires a relevant degree (Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Science in Engineering) and previous experience in similar tasks. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to Office software. Experience with RFEM, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect is a plus. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required, and you should be able to work in English in an international market.
