We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our team at Vihdi Municipal Environment Services to provide high-quality services to our residents. You should have a suitable vocational or university of applied sciences engineering degree. We expect a motivated and development-oriented work attitude, initiative, good teamwork skills, service-mindedness, interest in developing building technology, and resilience under pressure. Additional valued skills include construction management, property maintenance, and building technology. As a building services engineer, you will be responsible for part of the facility service's building systems and will serve as a safety coordinator in some projects. Tasks include budgeting, budget monitoring, decision preparation, technical expertise in building technology, development tasks, maintenance tasks (tenant tasks, PTS planning, repair management), stakeholder collaboration (such as facility users, other municipal organizations, designers, contractors), and substitutions. You will participate as a building technology expert and project manager in investments. Tasks may also include building technology supervision. The focus is on HVAC and plumbing systems. Additionally, you will supervise three property control workers.
