Fiskars Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (Power Products) OUR ROLE At Fiskars, we are shaping the future of everyday living through innovative and sustainable products in gardening and cooking categories. As a Manager Manufacturing Engineering you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our global supply chain capabilities for power consumer products. You will work at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, and product development, collaborating closely with external suppliers to ensure our products are designed and delivered efficiently, competitively, and with consistently high quality across global markets. This position is based in Espoo or Billnäs, Finland and reports to the Director Manufacturing Engineering. The role is full-time and follows a hybrid working model, with moderate travel required. Responsibilities include leading supplier technical validation, developing Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design to Cost (DtC) capabilities, leading NPI projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting make-or-buy decisions, solving technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements include a degree in Electronics engineering, Mechatronics or related field, 7+ years’ experience in engineering, strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, background in consumer power tools and battery technology, experience with hardware and embedded software, working with suppliers and global partners, and excellent communication skills in English.
