We are seeking a personal assistant through the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County for a fixed-term substitute from June 29 to August 29, 2026, for a cheerful 80-year-old woman who is hemiplegic in Jyväskylä, Kortepohja. The work involves 49 hours per week for daily assistance and 30 hours per month for leisure time. The substitute's shifts vary, and the allocated hours are shared with another assistant. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 1 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm (2-hour shifts). The assistant's duties include household chores, cooking, hygiene care, laundry, cystofix care, assisting with communication and transfers, and errands. The job involves assisting with mobility and requires good physical condition. The employer prefers a female assistant for intimate hygiene reasons. The assistant must have fluent Finnish language skills. A background in healthcare or previous work experience is considered an advantage. Training will be provided. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement B2 13.89 €/h + possible experience bonuses. Employment is always private. The person selected for the position will be employed by the employer.
