What does a typical workday look like in this role? - You will be responsible for supervising HVAC installers and managing HVAC projects in new construction and renovation projects. The projects you lead will focus on HVAC and piping. Additionally, you will handle bid calculations. - You will participate in sales and development activities related to HVAC project business. - You will work on customer sites mainly in Central Finland, especially around Jyväskylä. The sites may include commercial and office spaces, hospitals, and occasionally industrial properties. Our clients include public developers and private construction companies – we also act as subcontractors. - Your work will include both on-site and office tasks, with the possibility of occasional remote work. - Your team size will vary depending on the project scope, typically between 4 and 15 installers. Are you the person we are looking for? To succeed in this role, we hope you have: - Previous experience in HVAC piping contracting. Experience in project management, supervisory work, and a suitable engineering degree are considered advantages. - Good communication skills and experience in customer service – you can motivate your team, work customer-oriented, and lead gently but firmly. - An independent and goal-oriented work style, calm organizational skills, and up-to-date computer skills.
