About the Role:As an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA (MoD/ MoI) at Skydio, you will drive strategic growth across Ministries of Defense, Ministries of Interior, Armed Forces, national police, border security agencies, and other sovereign government organizations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.You will own and expand a defined portfolio of defense and internal security accounts, developing deep relationships across operational commands, procurement authorities, civil protection leadership, innovation units, and executive stakeholders. Your focus will be enabling mission-critical adoption of Skydio’s autonomous UAS solutions in support of ISR, force protection, border security, counter-UAS, disaster response, public safety operations, and critical infrastructure protection.You will operate within complex, multi-country government procurement environments, navigating framework agreements, sovereign security requirements, compliance standards, and multi-year acquisition cycles. This is a unique opportunity to scale Skydio’s presence as a trusted autonomy partner supporting both national defense and internal security missions across EMEAThis role must be based in Switzerland, Germany, or Finland.How You’ll Make an Impact:Drive new business development across Ministries of Defence, Ministries of Interior, Armed Forces, national police, gendarmerie forces, border security, and civil protection agenciesOwn and execute mission-aligned account strategies tied to national security, modernization, and public safety capability prioritiesDevelop territory plans targeting defense modernization programs, internal security technology upgrades, and national UAS enablement initiativesBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to complex public-sector procurement cycles, meeting or exceeding annual and multi-year revenue objectivesDevelop a deep understanding of customer missions — from military ISR and force protection to law enforcement tactical operations and emergency response — positioning Skydio as a force multiplierEstablish trusted relationships across operational end users, procurement officials, technical evaluators, policy stakeholders, and executive leadershipNavigate tenders, framework agreements, grant-funded programs, and government contracting structures across EMEAMaintain knowledge of NATO standards, internal security regulations, aviation authorities, data sovereignty requirements, and export compliance frameworksPartner cross-functionally with solutions engineering, customer success, compliance, and leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and successful deploymentsLead operational demonstrations, pilot programs, and capability evaluations tailored to both defense and internal security use casesGather competitive intelligence on regional defense and internal security technology programs and emerging UAS requirementsTranslate sovereign requirements and frontline operational feedback into actionable input for product management and roadmap alignmentWhat Makes You a Good Fit:8+ years of experience selling complex hardware, software, or integrated systems into defense, internal security, public safety, or highly regulated government environmentsProven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals within MOD, MOI, national police, border security, or civil protection organizationsStrong understanding of EMEA government procurement structures, tender processes, and compliance requirementsExperience engaging both military and law enforcement stakeholders, from operational commanders to senior ministry officialsFamiliarity with NATO standards, aviation authorities, export controls (e.g., ITAR/EAR), and sovereign data/security requirementsBackground in UAS, aerospace, robotics, ISR systems, public safety technology, or adjacent advanced systems (operational experience is a strong plus)Ability to credibly engage technical operators, procurement professionals, and executive decision-makersExperience using Salesforce and Google Workspace; familiarity with defense and security market intelligence tools is a plusWillingness to travel frequently within EMEA, including to secure government facilitiesFluent English required; additional European or regional languages strongly preferredCompensation: The annual base salary range for this position is:Finland: Base Salary: $72,000 EUR - $90,000 EUROn-Target-Earnings: $144,000 EUR - $180,000 EUROGermany:Base Salary: $86,750 - $100,000 EUR On-Target-Earnings: $173,500 - $200,000 EURSwitzerland: Base Salary: $125,316 CHF - $156,645 CHFOn-Target-Earnings: $250,632 CHF - $313,290 CHF#LI-MP1At Skydio we believe that diversity drives innovation.
