As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will have access to the premises, delicious products, a well-known brand, chain benefits, and comprehensive support for building success, as well as training for all job tasks. The chain offers the entrepreneur: initial training, financial advice, support for starting operations, launch marketing, premises, equipment and devices, purchasing benefits, customer contacts, business management, further training, chain marketing, financial management services, advertising services, and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all café operations, including initial investments. The entrepreneur should be financially capable of investing in the business. The initial investment is €100,000-150,000, with a typical equity contribution of 20-30% of the initial investment. In return, you will have access to the premises, delicious products, the benefits and support of a well-known chain, and training for all tasks. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you work on-site, setting an example for your staff through your actions. The most important qualities are the desire and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. Previous entrepreneurial experience is not necessarily required; your cooperation skills and attitude are more important. Genuine interest in the café industry and possibly experience in the restaurant sector are definitely advantageous. Most importantly, you should want to bring small moments of happiness to people's days through indulgence and good service.
