We are looking for a kitchen shift supervisor for our client in the busy winter season in Rovaniemi. In this role, you will be a key part of the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and that the team performs at its best. This is a fixed-term position for the 2026-2027 season. The work begins in September-October and continues until April, with 90 hours/3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. The location is slightly outside the center of Rovaniemi. We will provide more information about the work site during the interview. We also assist with finding accommodation in Rovaniemi if needed. What will you do? As a shift supervisor, you will lead the kitchen operations during your shifts and ensure high quality and performance levels even during busy times. Your tasks include, among others: Leading the kitchen shift and organizing work, Guiding and supporting the team in daily tasks, Actively participating in food preparation, Ensuring smooth shift transitions and resolving issues, Managing inventory and orders, Supporting the head chef in daily operational tasks. The role combines hands-on work, leadership, and overall management at the core of the operation. What do we expect from you? We are looking for someone with previous kitchen experience and a desire to take responsibility for shift management. We hope you have: Experience in à la carte kitchens, Previous experience in shift leadership or supervisory roles, Good communication and teamwork skills, Hygiene passport, Fluent English skills (Finnish is considered an advantage).
