Wellpack is seeking metal industry professionals for various production and machine shop roles in the Järvenpää area. The work environment may be subcontract assembly workshops producing machined metal components and assemblies for industrial needs. Your duties will be shaped by your skills and experience, and may include CNC turning, turning, milling, machine setting, programming, mechanical assembly, sheet metal work, or welding. Reading technical drawings, measuring parts, quality control, and other metal production steps may also be part of the role. You do not need to master all listed processes; please describe your own capabilities, machines, controls, and manufacturing methods in your application. We expect: previous experience in metal industry tasks or relevant training; competence in at least one metal sector; ability to work carefully and safely; proactive and responsible work attitude; motivation to develop your professional skills; willingness to work in Järvenpää. Additional advantages: CNC turning/lathe or milling experience; CNC programming and setting; CAM programming; mechanical assembly experience; sheet metal welding; reading technical drawings; use of measuring instruments; experience with single piece and small-batch production; valid work safety and hot work certificates.
