Enersense Engineering is currently seeking experienced MEP Managers to support our clients' data center projects at multiple sites across Finland. This is a permanent, regional role covering several simultaneous projects. The position can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will lead MEP deliveries in several data center projects within your region, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution from design to commissioning. You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical, electrical, and piping systems (MEP) and aligning them with CSA work and project requirements. You will lead and guide technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders, providing clear leadership and comprehensive supervision to ensure projects progress successfully and commissioning is completed on time. Responsibilities: * Lead MEP deliveries comprehensively across multiple data center projects * Ensure coordination of MEP work with CSA work and other areas * Lead technical teams, consultants, and subcontractors * Monitor project progress, ensuring schedule milestones, quality, and safety standards are met * Oversee commissioning planning and execution towards successful handover * Ensure technical compliance with plans and regulations * Act as the key escalation point for MEP issues Support project planning, risk management, and technical decision-making. Requirements: * Strong experience in MEP delivery within data center environments * Excellent technical understanding of MEP systems and their coordination * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor networks * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to operate in multiple projects within an regional leadership role * Focus on quality, safety, and delivery reliability * Good spoken and written English skills.
