Family daycare providers at Kultapalat care for a maximum of four children in their groups. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to organize your work. In addition to the flexibility, the average income from the work is approximately €3400/month when caring for four children, with seven weeks of holiday accrued annually. The work is carried out as a franchisee within the Kultapalat chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You don't need prior business experience, just a passionate attitude towards early childhood education and good rapport with adults.
