Do you have a drive to learn and develop in the field? We are now looking for a store manager for the department store in Porvoo on a permanent basis. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the store manager. You will ensure that the store always has enough products, attractive displays that draw customers, and optimal staffing at all times. You will act as the direct supervisor of the store staff and be part of the store management team. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or experience in supervisory roles in retail. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - Positive attitude and flexibility. - Willingness to work all shifts in the department store, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Finnish language skills, as well as English and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. The store manager position is permanent and full-time, with an average of 37.5 hours per week. Salary and start date will be agreed upon. Interested?
