Group Financial Services team is looking for a Financial Controller to join the energetic and change-driven team of experts. You will have a key role in providing comprehensive financial reporting, and your specific area of responsibility is controlling and reporting for the Building and Technical trade division according to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and process development within Building and Technical trade companies in Finland and other operating countries. Additionally, you will participate in division and group-level projects related to corporate restructuring, process development, or finance IT systems. You will work closely with K Finance professionals across all businesses and countries of operation. What we expect from you: - Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance - Five to ten years of relevant experience in financial accounting and controlling - Knowledge of financial reporting requirements for a listed company is an asset - Proficiency with relevant IT systems and tools (SAP, HFM, MS Office) - Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken Finnish and English; Swedish is an asset - Proactive and systematic working style with a desire for continuous improvement - Resilience and a strong sense of responsibility - Experience in group accounting and applying IFRS standards in preparing consolidated financial statements is an advantage What we offer: - Interesting and challenging work with development opportunities - An ambitious and committed team of finance professionals - Modern finance processes supported by advanced IT systems and tools - K Group personnel benefits and a competitive salary This position is based in Tampere, with a flexible hybrid working model. You are expected to be on-site in Tampere approximately 1–2 times per month. The work will commence as agreed, and the position is a full-time permanent employment.
