We are seeking a new speech therapist to join our Tampere team. The work includes individual rehabilitation for children, which can be carried out either at our clinic or in the client's everyday environment in Tampere and nearby municipalities. Remote rehabilitation is also possible. Our team includes professionals from various rehabilitation fields. In our multidisciplinary team, we learn from each other and provide high-quality rehabilitation for our clients. Your direct supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, allowing you to focus on client work. You can be employed under different salary models or as a self-employed professional. Part-time work is also possible. The monthly salary for a full-time speech therapist is between €4,030 and €4,739, depending on experience and work area. If you wish, you can also choose our performance-based pay model, where you can influence your own salary. Speech therapists working on a performance basis typically earn between €4,000 and €6,500 per month, depending on your workload. Working on a performance basis offers flexibility—you can work less, earning less, or more, potentially earning significantly above the average. To succeed in this role, you need: A degree in speech therapy and a license from the Finnish National Agency for Medicines and Food Safety. A driving license and access to a car if needed.
