We are looking for a Team Leader for our client company Valokuitunen Oy for a permanent position in the Ostrobothnia and South Ostrobothnia regions. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 20:00 and on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:00. Valokuitunen Oy builds fiber optic networks across Finland in residential areas of towns. We are growing rapidly, so you will be part of a genuine growth story — both ours and yours. The Team Leader primarily guides the team by example, actively participating in on-site sales activities. The team meets potential customers at their homes. Before going into neighborhoods, marketing and pre-sales are conducted so residents are prepared for the upcoming fiber optic campaign. The role offers strong team support and comprehensive training on the product and company operations. A proven sales track record is required, and previous supervisory experience is considered an advantage. We are looking for individuals with a confident and positive attitude, with a goal-oriented approach. For mobile sales work, a B-driver’s license and access to a car are required.
