Warehouse Worker – Nordic Sports Finland (Kouvola) We are currently seeking a precise, versatile, and growth-oriented warehouse worker to support procurement and wholesale sales operations. The primary work location is at the Kouvola warehouse and office. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving, inspecting, and shelving goods - Picking, packing, and shipping to customers - Processing orders and preparing deliveries - Monitoring stock levels and conducting inventories - Labeling, sorting, and maintaining storage locations - Documenting incoming and outgoing shipments - Operating forklift and other warehouse equipment (as needed) - Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse - Handling returns - Checking product quality and reporting any discrepancies - Collaborating with customer service, purchasing, and sales regarding deliveries - Monitoring packaging materials and warehouse supplies We expect from you: - Enthusiastic and proactive work attitude - Readiness for physical and mobile warehouse work - Carefulness and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and ERP systems) - Previous warehouse experience is an advantage - Forklift license is an advantage We offer: - Opportunity to develop skills in logistics and warehouse operations - Support from a skilled and encouraging small team in Kouvola - Diverse tasks, modern tools, and a growing organization - Opportunities for role advancement The initial salary for the position is approximately €2,200–€2,400 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
