Etsimme nyt uutta Shift Leaderia eli vuoropäällikköä Hämeenlinnan kahvilaamme. Tehtävä on vakituinen ja osa-aikainen (20 h/vk), ja se sisältää työvuoroja kahvilan kaikkina eri aukioloaikoina: varhaisista aamuista myöhäisiin iltavuoroihin ja toki myös viikonloppuisin. Tehtävä alkaa 2-3 viikon mittaisella perehdytyksellä Tampereen kahviloissamme. Jos kiinnostuit, lue alta lisää! Shift Leaderin työnkuva As a Shift Leader, you are a role model who motivates others with your positivity and energy. You are responsible for the operational management of the shift and leadership tasks together with the Coffee Shop Manager and Assistant Manager. You serve as an inspiring example to your team and encourage them to do their best every day. Additionally, you actively develop your skills as a top-level customer service professional. During your shift, you are responsible for the comfort and service quality of the café, preparing various drinks and food items, and maintaining the café’s cleanliness. An important part of your role is motivating the team and focusing on their well-being and skill development on a daily basis. For example, with 0-2 years of experience, your wage is €14.34/hour plus bonuses. We increase your wage by €0.50/hour after 6 months and another €0.50/hour after 12 months of employment. After one year, your hourly wage will be €15.34 plus bonuses. Additionally, employees receive a 50% discount on our products.
