A-Team Eastern Finland Ltd is now looking for a sales negotiator / recruitment consultant for their growing team in the Tampere economic area. Your work combines active sales and recruitment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining customer relationships, and solution sales of staffing and HR services to corporate clients. Additionally, your tasks include interviewing employees, recruitment, and finding the right candidates for our clients' needs. Days will surely vary; sometimes you will be in client meetings, sometimes on the phone, and sometimes searching for the perfect employee for a client. Previous experience in staffing services, recruitment, construction, HR, or B2B sales is considered an advantage, but the most important thing for us is the right attitude, desire to achieve results, and ability to meet people. Active networks and previous experience in staffing services, recruitment, or B2B sales are seen as strong assets. You may also attach a photo to your application if you wish.
