TryHackMe is seeking a Growth Marketer (B2B) to drive acquisition, pipeline growth, and expansion across our business and enterprise segments. This role focuses on scaling demand and adoption across B2B audiences, working closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to support go-to-market initiatives, customer expansion, and long-term growth. The Growth Marketer (B2B) will own execution and optimisation across growth programs that support both new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement, ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, scalable, and aligned to revenue outcomes. Responsibilities include executing and optimising B2B growth programs, supporting demand generation, enabling customer marketing initiatives, supporting GTM execution, and tracking performance. Requirements include 3–6 years experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, hands-on experience executing and optimising B2B growth programs, understanding of B2B funnels, sales-assisted and product-led motions, data-driven mindset, and strong collaboration skills. Preferred experience includes supporting customer expansion, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and familiarity with cybersecurity products.
