Are you our new service manager in Forssa who values and enjoys developing high-quality home care services? Do you have a big heart and passion for service business that is people-centered? KoskiHoiva Oy is a modern care service company operating for over 10 years, providing home care services for elderly, families with children, and disabled clients across several wellbeing regions. We act as a partner to the wellbeing region, with clients entering into direct purchase agreements or using service vouchers. We are now seeking a service manager to oversee Forssa operations, ensuring quality service and results. You will ensure services are delivered according to agreements, allocating resources where needed. You will work transparently with the wellbeing region and lead your team by being actively present in daily operations. As services expand, additional locations will be established in the Kanta-Häme area, and we hope you are enthusiastic about developing consistent and effective service processes across all locations. Our goal is an excellent customer and employee experience every day. We expect from you: - Experience in supervisory roles and customer acquisition - Experience in home care services - Experience and/or interest in business development and growth - Entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude - Ability to utilize data in decision-making and operational development - Good collaboration skills, positive attitude, and resilience to change The role requires a nursing degree.
