Länsilinjat Oy trains and recruits ten new employees for bus driver positions through Recruitment Training in collaboration with CAP Pro Academy. Recruitment Training provides a smooth pathway to a new career, as it enables you to acquire the necessary qualifications and skills for the job. The goal of the training is that students who are suitable for the field and pass the training successfully will be employed by Länsilinjat Oy in permanent and full-time positions after completing the training. Interested in working as a bus driver Customer service is enjoyable for you and you are comfortable working in shifts You have a B-class or C-class driving license and are at least 23 years old Health requirements for D-class driving license, R2 driving license health requirements Finnish language skills, at least B1.1 language proficiency Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory Salary Länsilinjat Oy follows the collective agreement between the Finnish Road Transport Employers' Association and the Finnish Transport Workers' Union regarding wages and working conditions. The starting salary for a driver is €16.69/hour, plus you will earn 18/19 Christmas bonus days per year based on worked hours. Recruitment Training is a labor market training, and students are not paid a salary during the training.
