We are looking for a Production Manager for our Orimattila service warehouse area. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the area's results and quality as well as customer cooperation. You will handle cost management and resourcing, plan operational plans, budgets, and forecasts, and ensure the achievement of financial and quality goals. You have good interaction skills with both customer interfaces and staff. You will act as a supervisor for the area managers and specialists, overseeing the implementation of production management models in your units. The staff in the area is approximately 200 people. Safety and staff well-being are close to your heart and visible in your daily leadership. Your responsibility includes a versatile work environment from logistics reception to dispatch operations. You will have the opportunity to develop and renew processes as part of our professional team. Requirements include at least five years of results-responsible supervisory experience in a production environment, a suitable higher education degree, solid knowledge of production operations and processes, analytical work approach, understanding of business cost structure and revenue logic, up-to-date and strong coaching leadership skills, proactive and stress-resistant working style, good customer service, interaction, and negotiation skills, experience with warehouse control systems and analytics tools, fluent Finnish and English skills.
