We are looking for a welding operator for our client Pematic Oy in Muurame for a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. The job involves operating and monitoring a robotic welding station, positioning and securing parts, selecting programs, basic troubleshooting, and quality inspection of finished parts. The work requires careful and precise work habits and the ability to work independently in a production environment. We expect from you: - Education in the metal industry and/or previous experience in robotic welding - Good technical understanding and ability to grasp overall processes - Precision, thoroughness, and quality-conscious work attitude - Willingness to work in two shifts - Fluent Finnish language skills. The work is performed in two shifts, starting as agreed once a suitable candidate is found. Salary is based on the collective agreement of the Technology Industry. Interested?
