Are you interested in building new customer relationships, making impactful B2B sales, and helping companies develop their business with modern IT solutions? We are looking for an IT sales manager for VSP (Vakka-Suomen Puhelin Oy) in the Turku area to accelerate growth and build new customer relationships as a partner in digitalization. As an IT sales manager at VSP, you will have the freedom to lead and develop your own sales, directly influence regional growth and success, and sell services with strong demand in the chosen business market. You will be supported by an experienced technical expert organization and will learn continuously from the rapidly evolving IT sector. You will work in a financially stable Finnish company with decision-making close to the action and quick progress. The role offers a chance to be part of an agile organization where you can influence practices, achieve visible results, and build long-term customer relationships in your own style. The job involves building and growing new customer relationships in the Varsinais-Suomi region, utilizing a good base of existing customers and leads, and collaborating with a booking partner. You will meet business decision-makers, identify customer needs, and develop solutions with VSP’s technical experts. Your sales portfolio includes IT outsourcing and capacity services, cybersecurity solutions, on-site support and consulting services, network solutions, and device and work environment services. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own sales, with the ability to influence practices and focus areas. The work is carried out around Turku and nearby areas, in a hybrid model, with the VSP Turku office as your base. Success requires experience in IT services, software, telecommunications, hardware, or other B2B solutions. Key qualities include enjoying building new customer relationships, being a bold networker and contact opener, capable of building trust and long-term relationships, taking responsibility for your work, and eager to learn and develop in IT services. The salary package is competitive, consisting of a base salary (3,000–4,000 €/month depending on experience) plus performance-based commission, with an estimated total of 4,500–6,000 €/month. VSP helps companies build a secure, efficient, and future-proof IT environment, with services covering the entire digital infrastructure from cybersecurity and cloud services to telecommunications and maintenance. The recruitment process is managed by Nawia, with applications open until July 26. The process includes an interview with Nawia, two meetings with VSP representatives, a suitability test, and reference checks.
