We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical IT Development Manager for a permanent position in the Digital Systems team in Helsinki. Our team develops S-Pankki's digital services, identification, and marketing technology solutions, so your work will have a broad impact on customer experience and marketing effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing S-Pankki's marketing technology and related architecture in collaboration with business, enterprise architects, and technical partners. You will develop solutions that support data-driven and multi-channel marketing and help the business utilize data more effectively. Your work includes designing the overall structure of marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and digital marketing tools, and ensuring that solutions support scalable and multi-channel marketing even with large data volumes. You will participate in the planning and management of integrations within environments like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other marketing technology platforms. Additionally, you will develop analytics, A/B testing, and web development capabilities, as well as support the deployment of self-service analytics solutions. You will also ensure that data quality, lifecycle, and regulations such as GDPR and consent management are considered in all solutions. Your work will include exploring new AI-related opportunities in marketing and data development. The employment is permanent and full-time, directly with S-Pankki. Your workplace is located at S-Pankki's headquarters in Vallila, Helsinki, and we work in a hybrid model within Finland. You will spend about two days a week at the office. What do we expect from you? You have a suitable higher education degree and understanding of marketing technologies, analytics, and the digital marketing ecosystem. You have experience working with data, analytics, marketing automation, or digital solutions and understand how data can be leveraged for business development. We value experience in multi-channel marketing, analytics, and data utilization, as well as interest in marketing automation platforms and modern data-driven development. Knowledge of data quality, regulation, and consent management will help you succeed. An understanding of AI opportunities, as well as experience with A/B testing, web development, or marketing optimization, is a plus. Previous experience in the financial sector is an advantage, but a keen interest in understanding complex entities is more important. You work proactively and solution-oriented, able to drive initiatives forward in collaboration with business, development teams, and external partners. We appreciate an analytical and curious mindset and a desire to continuously improve solutions. You speak fluent Finnish and English. What do we offer you?   • Kehittää S-Pankin markkinointiteknologiaa ja arkkitehtuuria yhteistyössä liiketoiminnan, yritysarkkitehtien ja teknisten kumppaneiden kanssa.
  • Suunnitella ja tukea skaalautuvia, monikanavaisia markkinointiratkaisuja, kuten Salesforce ja digitaaliset markkinointityökalut.
  • Osallistua integraatioiden suunnitteluun ja hallintaan Google Ads-, Meta Business Manager- ja muiden alustoilla.
  • Kehittää analytiikkaa, A/B-testausta, web-kehitystä ja tukea itsepalveluanalytiikan käyttöönottoa.
  • Varmistaa datan laatu, elinkaari ja säädösten, kuten GDPR:n ja suostumusten hallinnan, huomiointi kaikissa ratkaisuissa.
  • Tutkia tekoälyn mahdollisuuksia markkinoinnissa ja datan kehittämisessä.

Vaatimukset

  • Korkeakoulututkinto alaan liittyvältä alalta.
  • Kokemus markkinointiteknologioista, analytiikasta ja digitaalisesta markkinointiekosysteemistä.
  • Kokemus datasta, analytiikasta, markkinointiautomaatiosta tai digitaalisista ratkaisuista.
  • Tietämys monikanavamarkkinoinnista, datan laadusta, säädöksistä ja suostumusten hallinnasta.
  • Kiinnostus tekoälyyn, A/B-testaamiseen, web-kehitykseen tai markkinoinnin optimointiin.
  • Sujuva suomen ja englannin kieli.
