One Click LCA is looking for a Norwegian- and/or Danish-speaking Business Development Manager for the Nordics region to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions. We are close to doubling our business each year. This means that you will play a pivotal part in making this happen within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Join us to help grow a business that plays a key role in delivering a zero-carbon future for us all. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and understanding customer needs to help them find solutions that ensure their success with our software. This is partially an outbound sales role, focused on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence. Another important aspect of the role is the strategic development of both the Norwegian and Danish markets, establishing partnerships, and building networks with product manufacturers and the AEC market. We help businesses create value by using science-based and robust metrics to quantify and improve environmental performance.This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the Nordics.What you will do:Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop proposals for our solutions to bring on board new customers.Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside and out.Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools, EPD and low-carbon construction.Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices.Increase our presence in the region by attending important construction industry events and by seeking and leveraging local partnerships.Work with the marketing teams to create and localise key content for the local regions.Work with the product teams to improve the tools for the respective market.Work with partners, associations, and other collaborators.What you need:We are seeking someone with a proactive, hunter mentality in sales.Minimum of 2+ years of commercial B2B Sales and account management experience with a successful track record of achieving targets.Knowledge in the construction industry and its business dynamics.Experience in the manufacturing industry, sales or sales to the manufacturing industry using the SaaS model.Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles.Fast learning skills and a desire to constantly improve.Customer- and results-oriented attitude.Experience in generating and progressing your own pipeline from outbound.Very good listening skills and ability to see the situation from a prospect’s/client’s perspective.Positive approach to business and learning, allowing you to learn what works and what does not.Hands-on attitude and a drive to get things done.Proficiency in English, as it is our working language, and native or near-native fluency in Danish or Norwegian (or both), due to the region you will cover.What we offer:Work that contributes to a more sustainable future.Substantial freedom – with no fixed hours and remote working supported.Technical challenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work.A dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of professionals.Interested?We are eagerly waiting for your application until 31 April 2026.
