Security phone operator (practical nurse) – full-time and temporary work in Helsinki Are you a practical nurse who wants to work in a meaningful role supporting people's daily safety? Do you speak Swedish fluently and enjoy working in varied situations where each day is different? We are now looking for motivated personnel for our client company in security phone services! There are both full-time positions and temporary jobs available. In this role, services are provided in both Finnish and Swedish. Job description: Your tasks will include a variety of duties as a security phone operator and security assistant. You will respond to emergency calls, assess the customer's need for help, and relay the necessary assistance. As a security assistant, you will also be on-site with the customer when needed to ensure the situation and assist the customer. The work is responsible and requires quick reaction skills and situational awareness. Your day may include handling emergencies and moving around at customer locations. The work is three-shift, with shifts available in the mornings, evenings, and nights. Requirements: * Practical nurse or registered nurse qualification (Valvira registration/license) * Good Finnish language skills and fluent Swedish language skills * Ability to work independently and make quick decisions * Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach * Stress tolerance and readiness to work in changing situations * B driving license is considered an advantage Previous experience in similar roles or in healthcare is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
