The position requires education in social or health care (practical nurse, nurse, social services graduate, community pedagogue, youth and community instructor). Previous work experience in social and health care, working in a multidisciplinary team, cultural awareness, good interaction skills, continuous self-development, and strong teamwork skills are considered an advantage. A hygiene passport, B driver's license, a criminal record extract at the start of employment, and vaccination protection according to infectious disease law are required.
