We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented breakfast and lunch waiter to strengthen our restaurant team. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer interactions, works efficiently and independently in busy situations, and wants to contribute to creating high-quality experiences for our guests. As a waiter, you will be responsible for customer service in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch hours, serving dishes at the table, and recommending drinks. Your duties also include setting tables, maintaining cleanliness, taking orders and passing them to the kitchen, as well as billing and payment processing. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and reception to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include welcoming and serving customers warmly and professionally, providing food and drink recommendations and considering allergies, managing orders and serving dishes carefully at the table, collaborating with the kitchen and reception, minimizing waste. We expect previous experience as a waiter, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work efficiently and independently as well as in a team, good Finnish and English language skills (additional languages are a plus), alcohol and hygiene certificates, flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work on weekends, and a valid driver’s license.
