We are expanding our team and are currently looking for an Installation and Maintenance Engineer in Southwest Finland to handle fire suppression system training, technical support for customers, installation supervision, and system design. In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and our international organization. Your work will include practical installation and maintenance tasks for our customers, as well as system design, documentation, and training. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing fire suppression systems based on machinery and customer requirements - Defining, documenting, and conducting risk analyses for installations - Supervising installations, providing training for partners and customers - Supporting customers and sales with technical questions - Supporting your team with installation and design practices You should have a suitable technical education (e.g., university of applied sciences), possibly in machinery, vehicles, or production technology. You have gained experience in technical support, maintenance, and system design in machinery or equipment environments over the past few years. You understand mechanical systems' structures and operations and produce technical documentation fluently. Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or AutoCAD) is considered an advantage. You are independent, proactive, and enjoy practical work. Your collaboration and communication skills are good, and besides Finnish, you communicate fluently in English. Your approach is practical, and you are naturally interested in technical solutions. You constantly seek to develop yourself and your working methods.
