The role of Service Supervisor requires perseverance and a fearless attitude towards customers and employees. Your responsibilities include managing a broad customer base in the Turku and Southwest Finland service area, as well as overseeing employees and their well-being. The entire production organization will provide onboarding and support for your success in the role. Previous supervisory experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. We will train you with various industry-specific qualifications if desired. Your base will be in Turku, near good transportation links. You will have access to necessary communication tools and a company car for regional travel.
