The role combines pre-configuration of AV equipment and physical commissioning at customer sites. You will be responsible for configuring devices and network settings, but also have a genuine desire and readiness to work hands-on in installations and troubleshooting at customer locations. In this role, you will not just sit in an office but will implement technical solutions practically. You will work on various projects across different customer segments: companies and organizations, public administration and educational institutions, as well as event and exhibition sites. You will tailor services according to customer needs, either as new systems or by transferring and updating existing solutions. You will mainly work in the Pirkanmaa region, but occasional trips to customer sites in Jyväskylä and Vaasa may occur. - Installing audio and video equipment, and according to your skills, also programming/configuration and commissioning - AV system project and maintenance tasks - Interpreting wiring diagrams, cabling, and connections - Troubleshooting and maintenance work We Are Looking For - Suitable technical education (e.g., electrical, automation, electronics, or IT) - Good skills in reading wiring and block diagrams - Basic understanding of IT network settings and device network behavior - Experience in installing or configuring AV equipment - A driving license B and your own car It is an advantage if you have: - Previous work experience or other acquired skills in audio processors, speakers, and EVAC systems To succeed in this role, you are: - Solution-oriented and eager to learn - Customer-focused and service-minded Our Recruitment Process Academic Work handles this recruitment on behalf of our client, who prefers all questions related to the position to be directed to Academic Work.
