As a real estate agent for our client Our client is a financially stable and respected general contractor, which means that the company both acquires land and designs, markets, and constructs residential projects itself. The company employs over 100 professionals in Finland. The work is done professionally but without rigidity. As the business is growing, they want to strengthen the organization with a new REAL ESTATE AGENT In this role, you will be responsible for: * Property presentations and sales * Planning marketing activities in collaboration with an advertising agency * Maintaining Salesforce and residential sales portals * Market situation analyses * Managing sales and marketing Important skills include confidently making phone calls, thoroughly understanding customer needs, and responding to them. Your working hours are 37.5 hours per week. Property viewings and events are also held in the evenings and on weekends, but you will have the opportunity to influence your own working hours. Your main colleagues will be the account manager and project managers, as well as the entire sales team. The position offers performance-based salary, and there is no ceiling on earnings, allowing you to achieve a very good income. What kind of person are we looking for?
