In Rauhakoti, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a versatile manner and influence the development of nursing care in our unit. Your tasks As a registered nurse, you are responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, and evaluation (RAI) of rehabilitative care for clients, as well as for developing the quality of nursing care. You act as a nursing care expert and coordinator, guiding practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers. The nurse primarily works during weekday mornings. In your work, you plan, implement, and evaluate the client's medication in collaboration with a doctor and are responsible for the implementation of care instructions within the unit. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicate with relatives and other stakeholders, and monitor and assess the overall well-being of residents. The job requires managing multiple areas of responsibility, understanding relevant legislation guiding operations, and proficient use of the necessary information systems. You also participate in basic care for residents. Additionally, you supervise students, orient new employees, and actively maintain your professional skills by acquiring new knowledge and developing your expertise.
