We are looking for a group assistant at Norlandia Pihlaja. My sleeve initially went quite badly, but then I was helped. My friends and I didn't really know how to play a certain game, and we had a little disagreement about the rules, but then we received help and everyone had a really good time together. In this role, you are an important part of the children's group and ensure the smooth daily routines and successful operation of the group as a group assistant. You support children in everyday situations such as dressing, eating, and playing, and participate in group activities together with early childhood education professionals. Your work creates an environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
