Facility workers operate in the maintenance and repair tasks of properties owned and leased by Omnia, the education consortium in the Espoo region, to create and maintain a safe learning and working environment and ensure the lifecycle of the properties. The duties of a facility worker include: Maintenance and repair work in indoor and outdoor areas, Performing scheduled maintenance according to the maintenance program, Monitoring building technology operations, Receiving and handling fault reports in their responsible property, Working independently in one or more properties, Participating in on-call duties to ensure property operations (including alarm reception). The position requires at least a secondary level qualification in a suitable technical field (e.g., basic qualification in property maintenance, building technology, or electrical engineering or equivalent education). Successful performance of the role requires an independent and responsible work attitude, good customer service skills, and a driving license (car). The employment relationship is subject to a trial period.
