We do not seek employees for a system, but people for people. In your work, you are an important part of the client’s daily life and well-being. What is personal assistance? As a personal assistant, you help the client live their own life despite limitations caused by illness or disability. The work is collaborative. Each client relationship is different, making your work practical, varied, and meaningful. Assistance may include, for example: errands and mobility outside the home, household chores, cooking, outdoor activities, hobbies, and leisure, support with dressing and daily routines. Who is the job suitable for? The job is suitable if you want to genuinely meet people and do meaningful work. Previous experience is not necessary; the most important qualities are the right attitude, willingness to help, and interest in learning new things. We especially value: reliability and responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills, positive and open attitude, initiative and ability to handle various daily situations. Flexible working hours We will discuss with you what workload and schedule suit your life situation. The work can be full-time, part-time, or on a gig basis.
