Folkhälsan Welfare Ltd is recruiting an early childhood education teacher for the daycare in Hyvinkää for a permanent position. The position is full-time and will start by agreement in autumn 2026. Hyvinkää daycare is located centrally in Hyvinkää with parks and nature within walking distance. We are in the same building as the Swedish school in Hyvinkää and have active collaboration, with access to a gym and craft room for our activities. Together with the Swedish school in Hyvinkää, we form a cohesive unit where children’s learning pathways continue naturally from early childhood education to basic education. Welcome to work for a Swedish-speaking community! We offer early childhood education, preschool teaching, and language immersion activities. You can easily reach the daycare by train or bus. As an early childhood education teacher, you are responsible for and plan the pedagogical activities. The work environment includes knowledgeable educators and other experts. You will be a team leader for your work team. At the daycare, we work in accordance with the Foundations for Early Childhood Education and Folkhälsan’s handbook. Qualifications include eligibility according to the Act on Early Childhood Education (540/2018) or current transitional provisions (75 §): a Bachelor of Education (early childhood education), suitable higher education degree, or equivalent previous qualification at institute level, e.g., kindergarten teacher or social pedagogue.
